Welcome to the family darlin, your Neela is quite the stunner.

I love names like that, I named my blue male "kai" which means ocean, and the ocean is blue

You can never tell possitively any other way than DNA test or when a ring does or doesn't come in.

But I tell ya from the body stance and appearance in that first picture, I would be willing to put alot! of money on Male !

Hello! Neela is an awesome name. My blue is called Yoda. hehe.

You can't really tell the sex until they are mature or if you can't wait there is DNA testing. But.. Neela does have that 'boyish' look! :D

Thanks for the comments! I've tried many times putting a mirrow infront of him and seeing if he displays, all that seems to happen is his eyes pin with his wings open slightly and he makes a high pitched squeel.. seems kind of angry? :?.... I've never seen him tilt his head back which I heard was a "female thing". He has also learnt how to say "hello", "step up, up up up" and a few other bits and peices. And to think I read that they are considered poor talkers! Haha yeah right
