This is our new baby we will be bringing home tomorrow night. He/she is a sun conure but we do not know if it is a male or a female yet. It has not been dna tested. It is 12 weeks old and SOOOOO cute! Here are some pics the current owner has of it.
I broke down and got another fid....

I have looked online for bird names, and we have to pick one that can either be a male or a female name... because we do not know the gender. We are adopting him from a lady who breeds, and this was one that was left over. She calls him "the runt". She thinks it is a male also, but not positive. I guess nobody wanted him

aww how cute are those suns , best little cheeky personailities. Well now s/he is wanted and has a home, thanks to you *hugs*.
I saw one down at Safari Birds and I never knew suns could talk so well, he was saying hello, what ya doing and asking for kisses, the guy told us not to be fooled though, he wasn't that tame, just learnt how to talk.

Hehe. Wel good thing you didn't give him a kiss! He could have given you something else! They can be stinkers. This baby was hand fed and raised. It is great around other birds and loves people. So thats good! I cant wait to bring him home to love him! Oops, time to go pick him up! TTY all later (with pics!)
