Ringnecks

I thought i would take some new pics of my breeding birds. I would have done it sooner but they were all moulting.

The 2 Greys are great birds. I suspect they were originally hand raised and then put into an aviary. They both come onto the wire when i am feeding all the birds, they love it when i feed them fruit or sunflower seeds through the wire. It is amazing that they will take food from my hands, considering they have been in an aviary all their life and have each other for company :D

The grey cock is beautiful but I also like the pastel blue hen, such delicate colours.

Jeremy,
They're all GORGEOUS! But I am partial to the grey! That's really the color I wanted but they are way expensive around here and very rare. So.....

Hugs,
Jen

Thank you Jeremy, your males are truly stunning. I can't wait for my baby to grow up that gorgeous. I see him growing but after seeing your birds, I realise what a baby I still have. - not that I am in a hurry for him to grow up :)
