in india these parrots are known as ra thotha's and are about as plentiful as the wild dogs that roam the village.
one of our neighbours has one in captivity and it's an amazing pet.
i'm wondering if i can legally bring one back home with me to canada.
also, which would be the most prized mutation to seek out? so far i've only spotted green ones. even if i can't legally bring one back my cousin is also interested in keeping one after seeing the one in captivity.
