Clipping Wings.

Hello, me again.
I am getting my indian ringneck Friday and the person I am getting it from thinks the wings were clipped by the previous owners, I am planning to train and teach it many tricks like waving, playing dead, etc. I know for training it is great to have the wings clipped so they don’t fly. In years in the future, do I keep the birds wings clipped? I want pros and cons, not just 1 reason for one option. I don’t want to take away it’s natural feeling, as it is a bird and birds fly.
Thanks in advance,
-Blake
