Stress bars are little black lines that appeare on new feathers...only way to get rid of them is a change in diet...sometimes a really stressful situation can affect how new feathers end up

Ive noticed since Gilbert has been eating pellets, his feathers seem to grow faster and has 'speeded up' his moulting. Hes looking great now after his moult. Vet said his moulting was taking a while. But within a week of eating pellets he started looking better.
