Can a 2 month old IRN be weaned, fully?
Or is it at the birds own pase? :?

It really depends on if its parent raised, or hand raised and then how well the human does weaning if its hand raised. Usually you can safely say by 10-12 weeks the baby will be fully weaned and fledged. I wouldn't say at 2 months (8 weeks though) not fully.
