Visuals of a good diet

Is it possible to see pictures of what you would give your IRN in a normal feeding.
Do you feed more than once a day, and leave your bird to graze at it's leisure?

My bird is given fresh rations once a day after I've cleaned the cage. I skewer fruit and vegetables and hang them up, I put half a papaya or melon in a bowl, topped with passion fruit pulp.
A bowl of nuts, roasted peanuts and walnut halves, and a bowl of good quality seed. Fresh water (filtered) is given daily.
