is this correct food?

Hey guys so i know experimenting with food with your bird causes some level of stress as they aren't used to new things but its been hard finding good food that fills needs for your bird around where im from. my mom purchased this seed mix for parrots so i did some research on health benefits.. and i found out pellets are needed more than seeds is this true? im new here i've done research but its all for different types of bird so i need expert help on my birdie :) picture- https://gyazo.com/dd2f32a3fded6157b4f07f735b5bd4e8

contents of product:
dried fruit/veggies - orange, plum, corn
sunflower seeds, those white seeds idk what they're called lol, peanuts
a couple pellets but not much

It isn't a bad food, but I wouldn't call it a complete diet. Can you also feed fresh or frozen vegetables and fruits? There's a rather comprehensive list here: http://www.indianringneck.com/forum/vie ... f=3&t=8078

i already add some fresh fruit and such! so far his favorite fruit is cherries and favorite veggie is corn on the cob
i make this kind of salad for my bird full of fruit and veggies it consists of:
corn, pomegranate, oranges, cucumbers
and on occasions i add kale and such but only when its available haha :)
