Bird friendly wood

hi everyone, i want to may a play stand for the fids and i was wondering what woods are bird friendly?

That's a great list Donna..
I was going to say the only two I know off hand are apple and willow... but there's a bunch to choose from on that list...

donna in this site the woods from chery,apricot,plum,peach,nectarine and pear are marked as toxic :?:
My birds have eaten many of these for many years without any problem.
These woods are the better for them especially apricot, they love apicot and eat all the tenders.

Stone fruit trees like cherry, apricot or plum, belong to the Prunus genus and contain cyanogenic glycosides which release cyanide if ingested.
