I was most excited to find okra at the green grocer today, I came home and made 2 lovely skewers with snowpeas, red cabbage, kale, carrot, okra and figs and hung them in some cages.
I have one very satisfied customer, who polished off most of her skewer then went to finish Nilas:
The other one flew off to complain to the management at the top of his voice that he has had carrot this morning with zucchini and broccoli, he doesn't like snowpeas today and he had actually ordered cherries and passion fruit with chocolate ice cream for his afternoon snack! He did eat some okra and fig, but only because he was starving to death.
His birdiness is not impressed! Sapphire is still eating.

But today he did make an amazing pellet, fig and chilli blend while I was out, which Sapphire just ate. That bird will eat anything!

Skye will eat anything too. I find the females more open to eating new foods. And if the males see them eating it, most of the time they will try it too.
