Is this ok to take Lola to the vets in?Thinking of getting her wings clipped again.

As long as it is long enough that it doesn't mess up tail feathers, I don't see why not. Many birds are more comfortable (if they are not used to car rides) having the cage partially or fully covered while driving. I just use a thin towel or sheet.
