Many people feed their IRNs seed. I would also give it fresh veges & fruit. Sunflower seeds are especially fatty so try not to give them too many.

Ours seem to mostly eat fruit & veg and some pellets.

Seed should make up a large part of their diet. I feed mine Budgie seed which they have available all the time. I give them some Sunflower seeds once a week. To this I add 1 or 2 of the following each day Apple, Pear, Celery, Corn, Broccoli, Carrot, Capsicum, Chillie.

Mine have seed and pellets aswell as fruit, veg and sometimes they steal the bunnies grass. They also get the occassional lolly, chip or biscuits. Just keep it in moderation.
