Herbs??
My budgie enjoys a range of home grown herbs and as we are moving soon we can't take our garden with us. I would like to know if IRNs can eat herbs and what herbs are safe in order to replant a garden in our next home that caters to the needs of my budgie but also keeps in mind that chance of getting a ringneck.

Re: Herbs??
Ok so I have found that some IRNs get basil and mint. Does anyone else have other herbs they give to thier birds???
Re: Herbs??
I have planted basil for my birds and next will be mint, thanks to your information
I also give my birds Dr. Harvey's mixes, which include a variety of herbs and bee pollen. It smells so good that even I want to eat it haha. The birds go crazy for it too.
Here's a few of the herbs in that mix:
Echinacea Angustifolia Herb, Alfalfa Leaf, Thyme Leaf, Rosemary Leaf, Peppermint Leaf, Basil Leaf, Papaya Leaf, Red Raspberry Leaf, Rose Hips
