Re: cobalt green?
Kimi, no such thing as a Cobalt Green. Cobalt was used by the budgie breeders for Dark Blues. A Cobalt must be a Blue bird and have one Dark gene. In Gencalc just input one gene for Dark for Dark Green. For Cobalt same thing plus 2 genes for Blue.
Re: cobalt green?
Ok I thought so, my breeder says he is giving me a cobalt green, so I assumed he must have meant a dark green split blue. thanx
Re: cobalt green?
That term ("cobalt green") is frequently used here in Australia- they mean Dark Green- but just don't know it.
