Body language ( unsure what it means )

Hi all I have just aqquired a h/r moustache parrot who is 6yrs old
he does this thing with his body that I think is a threat action but in just wanting to make sure
he kinda swings his body around in a circle and does the same with his head
he also pins while doing this
He has only been home 1day so I'm guessing it's nerves and defence

Thats because he want`s to mate he needs a female that`s all it is

He has a cage mate who he us bonded to very closely despite the others lack of enthusiasum and reseprication lol
the mate however is a 21yr old male barraband x king parrot
I didn't think He would br comfortable enough to want to breed having only been moved to my home yesterday
he does it if I scare him accidently or if it really windy outside and making noise
