Hi all I'm new to this forum I got my lovely green girlie kiwi a month ago as a rescue ( I tried posting up a picture but keeps saying it's to large) she isn't tame at all and is terrified of anyone going in her cage or near her by the looks of it, it may be hands she's afraid of but my partner has it in his head she hates men as she let's me and my daughter approach her but really flaps around when him or my son do. Now she is better then she used to be she doesn't flap as much but is still fearful she flaps around frantic when we have to go in her cage does anyone have any advice on ways to help her trust us she won't eat food from our hands so we've tried dropping in her favourite treats so she sees us a good thing still she moves from us. Please help I just want her to trust us that we won't hert her like her last owner.
