IRN n mirror in cage??

Post by robbiesangel »

When we got our IRN Tommy last week he had a mirror in his cage, just wondering what the thoughts on this were, he seem to like it been in there, but also spend alot of time hiding behind it and is alway sat next to it, if we talk to him he pecks the mirror, we just taken it out to clean it n he hasnt gone mad like we were told he would if we removed it, so we havnt put it back n cage, we wonder if this is the right thing to do , or shoud we put it back, its just now he cant hide from us behind the mirror. so wondering if this is a good step to him geting used to us.

just wonder what the views on here were regards mirrors???

I would take the mirror out. Tommy seems distracted from his taming process because of the mirror. It's ok that you removed it.
