Is my IRN showing mating behaviour?
I have a 6 month old sky blue Indian Ringneck that I got at about 4 weeks old. I took the little one to get sexed at the vet and he is a boy. Lately he is very affectionate but Mainly likes to climb on my hand and kind of just move around and nibble on my fingers and puff up while his wings shake. Is he showing mating behaviour or is he just being playful? Is it possible to be showing mating behaviour at such a young age?

No, he is far too young!, usually sexually mature around two to three years.
