didnt get answer but now i am aware
look how joe sleep
he get his head back and down it on his feather
also at night he sleep on bottom of cage.. with open legs
he eat normall and seems like he eat much...

Sounds quite normal, sleeping on the bottom of the cage is not a problem some birds do, mine does.
