Weather influence?

Does anybody find the weather influences certain moods or behaviour in their pets?

the past two days its been red hot here and Spit's been having "loud days". he's been really talkative and sings his heart out all day. has some screaming going on too but i think he gets a bit over excited with his singing hahaaa. i tell him to calm down and he chirps quietly for a bit then goes nuts. I let him out yesterday but i could only handle ten minutes because he was shouting this word hes trying to learn really loud and destroyed everything in sight lol.

I dont know if its because of the weather or not or if its because his favourite perch is closer to the window and he can sit looking out of it all day (mostly at the birds). He's also growing his ring atm (has 1 black feather and 1 red feather lol)... could it be hormones aswell?

It could be a combination of both factors.
Hot weather raising the temp of a bird in a hormonal shift.
I've noticed that in my juvenile cocks, too.
But they're often sitting quietly when there's a downpour
