OK, well... then it's not because of breeding season, but just because he's cranky.. lol
Has he got a nice big cage with lots of perches of different thicknesses and materials?
Is he on a healthy and balanced diet?
Has he got foraging toys to keep his mind busy?
Has he been checked by an avian vet recently?
Does he get 10-12 hours dark and quiet sleep every night?

yes he has a huge cage
No he has not been checked by and avian vet
he has 6 toys that 2 taht he can get on and climb all over.
and the only reason he hasnt been taken to a vet is because i havent seen him look or act sick
he looks like a healthy bird

Well geeze Justin you come on here asking why your bird is cranky and Lene just give you a list of things that could make him cranky.
A bird should see an avian vet at least once a year just for a well bird check up, if you wait till you see signs of illness it's usually to late.
We are not here to interrogate anybody we are just giving you information that you may not know.
