cookie has been fantastic he rarely bites now except when i put him back in his cage and then he savages my hand, he bit me so hard yesterday i now have a big blue and purple bruise on my wrist and thismorning got me on the skin between the index finger and the thumb. i can get him out of his cage and do whatever i want with the cage so i dont think it has anything to do with territory. i ignore the bites and dont react what else can i do
While you still have him on your hand show him a treat his favorite one. Let him see you put it in a bowl in his cage then put him in if he bites take the treat out and don't let him have it, if steps down nicely he will go for the treat and not your hand.
