Baby ringneck not opening one eye? Help!

As of yesterday, my baby IRN has almost completely stopped opening his right eye, except when eating. I can't see anything wrong with the eye. Is it just a phase he's passing through or could it be more serious? Please help!

Personally I'd be asking my avian vet, but if you post your question in the breeding section of this forum it is more likely to be noticed by more experienced bird keepers.
