Training Delfin and Bluey

I'm training my Alexandrine Delfin and IRN Bluey at the same time. Delfin is on the T-perch and Bluey is in the cage but the door is open. Delfin was hand raised where Bluey was aviary bred. I'm using sunflower seeds as the training treats and these are not part of the birds normal diet. With Bluey watching the training session from the cage, I was training Delfin to fly to my hand for a sunflower seed and I must say quite successfully. Every time Delfin flies to my hand I click the clicker and give him a sunflower seed and then place him back onto the T-perch. Then I would give Bluey a sunflower seed. I had been doing this for around three minutes when Bluey climbed out of the cage and went to the top of the cage. Maybe for a better view. I continued to train Delfin to fly to my hand and giving Bluey a sunflower seed after I returned Delfin to the T-perch. Then at one point I held the Sunflower seed out of Bluey's reach and he flew onto my hand I click the clicker and he took the sunflower seed and flew back to the top of the cage. I managed to repeat this around 12 times before Bluey decided to called it a day. I'm exhilarated with the progress that Bluey is making in a short time. Delfin and Bluey have free range around the house when I'm not home or going to bed. Delfin will come and sit on my chair with me where as Bluey will at times sit on the stool next to me and chatter away.

tonight Bluey was responding a lot quicker to fly to my hand and is remaining on my hand a lot longer with each trust and bonding session. I believe that Delfin is having a huge impact on Bluey's trust and bonding. Bluey flew to my hand 35 times then went into his cage had a drink of water and then came and flew to my hand a further 19 times before he decide to call it a night. of course Delfin kept flying to my hand. until I ran out of sunflower seeds. I so chuffed with the success I'm having with Bluey. not bad for an aviary bred bird and he must be 9 to 12 months old as his eyes are fully dilating. I have no idea how old Bluey is.
