Molting or lice?

Hello,

It has just started to become Summer and my Indian Ringneck has started molting (I think). I have provided the pictures below but some of them are probably not clear. I am not sure if he has lice or is just molting. He has just been chewing or grooming his feathers, and smaller feathers have fallen out (small white ones) but he has also pulled out bigger feathers (I don't know the technical name for them).

Looks normal to me too.
I freaked out about our boy's tail feathers that had ratty tips too, they look lovely now he's finished his moult.
