1 missing toe

hi there i brought my IRN yesterday and had a closer inspection and found it does not have a toe nail why why why im really worried as new pet owners are ???

hi, could be a few things really, could be the bird was formed that way in the egg (genetic problem inherited), or it was bitten off when it was young, or damaged in some way and had to be removed.

as long as the toe is not an open wound, it is not a worry, as it will learn too live without it,
I have an albino female missing one toe.
And a lutino without a beak... they soon adapt.
