Hey
new here.
I have a pastel blue indian ringneck. I live on acreage in queensland and have a lot of native birds (lorrikeets, gallahs, corellas, magpies, kookaburras) and wildlife that sit outisde the window on either my washing line or the bird feeder. I have noticed that she will scream quite early in the mornings and throughout the day... it will often be when she is on top of her cage looking outside. she has a LARGE variety of toys and I give her lots of attention and handling...
Does this mean that she is just trying to communicate with the other birds?
is she screaming at me or the birds outside?

yeah most probably.
birds are naturally at their noisiest during morning and afternoon. some of the calling might be attention from you, but id say definately she is communicating with those birds outside, either establishing her territory or some similar nature. iggy does a similar thing when perched on her window-side t-branch
