Pls tell what to feed my alex's

Hi im Bhama from New Delhi India and i have a pair of alexandrian parrots of around 35-40 days old.
apart from all the formulas mentioned on the internet wat are the best things to feed him at home bcoz im not able to find any baby bird formula at my place. Pls tell me the easiest way to make home made food my alex babies. Currently im giving him some mashed fruits like apple banana and once in a day cerelac and one time chana daal(chickpeas) total 4 meals a day. And tell me one more thing is it sufficient to give 4 meals a day.
