Just got this munchin today he's nearly two
Lady I got it off had lung cancer poor thing and
Had to get rid of all her birds I got a baby cockatiel
Of her few years bak and went bak on Sunday and she
Was getting taken away in a ambulance her son
Called me today and offered me the Ringneck
I love it already it's my first IRN and this site is very useful
I wanna thank use all in advance and would love to hear from
Use the bird is very found of me but doesn't really like my fiance
But it was raised by a female -.- lol I don't understand he's nails
Are razor sharp just wondering how much a vet takes to cut them
He's name is ringo I really like bluey is it to late to change it?? :?:

Poor lady, how old is the ring neck, if not too old then you can change his name. Call him both the names and eventually stop saying the old name. I just got a ring neck a few days ago and his name is Rio. He is blue and 3 months old.

He's is almost 2 I think well that's what her son can remember it hasn't eaten until I'm typing this and now he's goin at his seeds and fruits thank god it's blue in colour congratz on ur bird I woulda loved to have it younger lol but I'm happy with this he was kinda moody today are they always like that ?

I am not sure about the moody part, I have only had mine for a week. Mine is a baby. Yours is probably stressed out, he is in a new home with a new family and surroundings, it will take him a while to settle in.
The first day when I got my Rio he did not eat and just sat in the same spot, the next day he was eating and started to chirp, today one week later he is even better.
