Indie Lutino

I got Indie on the 9th of March 2017 and was told it was 12 weeks old. Looking at other pictures of IRN's I doubt if it is even 12 weeks old.
It is quite shy, very gentle and it has not made any sounds yet. The wings were clipped so it cannot fly, but it is very clumsy when climbing through the cage. Is there any way I can tell its age? Would a vet be able to determine this?
