CS2 Version 9, CS3 is out but I am happy with 2 for now.

Photoshop rocks !

I keep getting people tell me.. you will never learn all of photoshop, I agree! it would be impossible, because I won't ever need all of photoshop, I use that part of it that i do need.

I have cs2. I noticed last night that we have a programme called photo studio 5.5 :?: I had a quick look at it and it is similar to photoshop, but I have no idea where it came from.

ArcSoft is usually a program that is bundled with your digital camera CD kit. It would have been installed when you loaded the CD that came with the camera for photo transfers etc. I don't usually load these CD's as XP and Vista recognise your camera and load drivers automatically and I use the device as a manual drive for transfer. Then use ACDSee and Photoshop for anything else needed.
