Maybe Cupcake is singing along to the songs playing in the background lolol

I think it takes a little while for birds to start talking. The first word generally takes the longest to master, after that they are usually popping out new words like nothing :)

One of my babies that I sold is just aprox 9 months old and she whistles like she is calling a dog and tunes, says hello, pretty girl plus a few other words she is trying to master. The person who bought her is trying to get a vid of her talking but she won't talk when the video camera is on lol. Typical   When she is successful I will get a copy of it and put a link to it.

I think cupcake has good talking potential. I would make sure and talk to her as much as you can and repeat phrases for her. She has that concentration look that my birds had when they were learning to talk.

Sounds like a baby just relaxing and vocalizing. Thanks for sharing and the yellow on him is neat!

Best wishes,
