Yup, looks like an Aussie Pallid Blue hen. :D

EDIT: The head seems to have a yellow hint to it, is that my eyes playing up or is it environmental (rubbing on a toy / perch etc)?

I could be seeing things... lol

Hello,

First of all, she is beautiful. She is a Pallid Blue also know as Blue Lacewing. Breeding it to any Pallid or split to pallid would give beautiful babies. In my opinion I would pair her with a Pallid Turquoise Grey male. I actually have a Pallid Blue male with a Pallid Turquoise Grey female. You would get the same babies that I do and here are the possibilities...

Pallid Turquoise Grey male x Pallid Blue female

25% Pallid Blue (White Head, body is light blue) *** like your girl***
25% Pallid Turquoise (Cream head, light blue body with yellowish/cream haze on wings)
25% Pallid Grey (White head, light grey body)
25% Pallid Turquoise Grey (Cream head, light grey body with yellowish/cream haze on wings)

Here is a picture of my pair the day I got them. You cant really see my Pallid Blue male but this is what a Pallid Turquoise Grey female looks like...

The Blue tinge to his head is because of the flash. Its actually pure white...

Hope this helps. Feel free to ask any questions...
