Question about grey hen

Hi all
Need some comments about colour change in my Grey hen IRN
The hen was given to me as the poeple did not want it
with her was a blue cock 3 to 4 years old
It was all grey except for it tail which is black
but now around the cheeks on each side has change to light blue and
between its legs also has turned light blue
Legs has blue through it
Is this normal for a grey hen to have this blue start to show after 18 months
I think the hen is about 3 to 4 years old

Can you post a picture? A grey IRN with a black tail and some blue markings sounds pretty odd.
