first time seeing a pied irn

I have just come back from picking up my baby alexandrine and the breeder had pied irns

I feel a bit sorry for the really nice bloke who doesnt realise what he has.

Otherwise someone less scrupulous will take advantage of it.

Its funny... I nearly got a pair dirt cheap once... but I just dont like the look of them >.< Still funky birds.

Yeah, I'm not sure if I like the pied look on the IRN. On other birds, it can be gorgeous, but not IRNs. They just look... messy?

Some people just don't realize what they have. Or maybe he thinks they're just un-pretty IRNs too!

He was getting the alex baby out and I was standing near the aviary that had them in it, I seen them and said omg you have pieds and he said he cant keep up with what you younger people are calling the colours these days. They are green with yellow heads and pied markings on the backs and wings, he also mentioned that he chucked the funny looking ones in the aviary that wasnt breeding because they were screwed up colours.
