How to tell if fertile? Pictures.

I have a few eggs. I don't know how to candle them. Are these fertile?

no ! fertile eggs will have veins showing in them you need to check for fertility 10 days after hen starts to sit on them generally that is after the 3rd egg is laid

1-2 days. I didn't know how long to wait. I had a lady tell me that you could tell after 48 hours. I am now finding I guess it has to be at least 10 days.

10 days sounds better. ;)

If you use Brinsea Ovaview you can try it at 4-5 days.
