I would think maybe first couple of months of your Spring season? Unless you have feisty winters, then perhaps a little later in Spring, or early Summer?
In Australia, our ringies start hatching around early September (first month of Spring), and can continue on through to December, for second clutches. But in most states here are winters are much milder, so pairs will start going down in late July, early August.

My micah was born Dec 30th, and the breeder had 1 more clutch from the pair after that.
