How old are they?

Based on appearances you have two females their.

Creamino cock birds should at least have a faint ring (not as dark as others, but definitely visable!)

And neither of your birds have any sign of a ring.

I know it will be hard but get a front view of them.

But judging by photo 1,
The top is a hen and the bottom is a cock bird.

There is a couple of reaons but wont to see front shots to confirm.
