I am no sure if there is a device that you can buy but i imagine if you where to put a container of water with a lid on it that has holes in it and with the heat lamp on it would create its own humidity.
Hopefully somebody that handrears will give you a proper answer.

I read somewhere birds can create their own humidity by bathing in water then returning to the nest. I just leave the birds do their thing and have not had problems with humidity in the nest box to my knowledge.
I guess it could also depend on what type of nesting material is used in the nest.

if the nest box is wood and unpainted you can use a spray bottle and wet the outside bottom of it a little

I have wood boxes with pine shavings. When the eggs are about 5 days from being hatch, daily, I take a spray bottle with warm water, open the box and lightly spray the bedding. If the hen is on her eggs, I try not to spray her, but she gets the overspray. If she is off, I let the mist fall onto the eggs. She goes right back to sitting and I have been told the moisture helps make the egg easier for the chick to break through. I have done this to about 8 clutches without a problem.
