hi all ! am new here .. (and new with ringnecks):D .A have two ringnecks the male is normal green and the female lutino and am trying to find information about these beatiful animals.i would like to know if this birds can mate ...please help me

Hi,

Yes they can breed depending on there ages to young they will be infertile and too old they may have the same issue. (i would worry about too old).

The outcomes of the babies will be.

1.0 green
x 0.1 ino
% from all 1.0
100.0% 1.0 green /ino
% from all 0.1
100.0% 0.1 green

All green babies.

It is very hard to tell the age of birds, i am going to move this post to a section of the forum that will get you alot more help

if they are banded the band may have the year they hatched on it
