2 really tiny babys

and 2 huge 1s in the same nest the smaller 2 are about 7 days younger then the oldest 2 but they are sooooooo small compared to the bigger 1s who obviously get all the food, im going to hand rare the bigest 2 they are 10 and 12 days old, can i pull them now or should i wait a bit longer, i feel sorry for the smaller 2
