At a guess without seeing photos the female is a blue pallid, which means if you breed her with straight colours then thats all you will get.
You need to pair her to another blue pallid to get birds ike her or the male needs to at least be carying the pallid gene, thats called split too.

The hen and cock to produce that must either already be cobalt turquoiseblue violet or a combo

The D is the cobalt. The part that starts with V+ is the genetic structure.

A healthy IRN will show a long and short tail depending where they are at in the multing cycle,
They loose the long tail fether around the start of a mult and although they start to grow back quikly they take a while to show there full length.
