I thought that females dont make as good pets as mlaes do. The only reason i think theis was i was talking to an alexandrine breeder and they said this. And i bet in some cases this is true and some it is not. Females i do beilve though can tend to be a little bit more cocky cause they rule the male...

clipping the wings really isnt that bad

and if you are afraid of him not flying

just clip them a little bit where he can fly but not realy well but it gets the job done :}


cause then he might know who the boss is while still able to fly
