Sky It's very purplish which would indicate the Cobalt-Violet combo however some breeders claim to have bred purple looking violets. Generally speaking it is 1 and the same bird. Most times people will not mention the Blue just simple write Turquoise Ino



Genetically speaking:
Turquoise Ino = Homozygous Turquoise Ino (both genes are Turquoise)
TurquoiseBlue Ino = Turquoise one gene Blue the other + Ino

The pied: If emerald proves to be a dominant to green mutation & not a Parblue then it is possible.
I'm still on the belief that Emerald is Parblue though, (i hope i'm wrong ) it'd be much cooler if it was something else.
