I would have to say you have a boy, because of his high beak and his eyes. How old is He/She?

The beak is high and flat, whereas girls tend to have lower beaks that pertrude out more.

Knowing the age would really help. Looks like a ring is trying to come in.

Well isnt that something.... late bloomers to say the least. Nonetheless, they are ok now and I am SO happy for you. I was a little worried because my baby was fully feathered at 6 weeks. Maybe this means a late moult too! The less of those, the better!
