The only thing I would do is supervise them.

A ringneck beak is extremely strong compared to a cockatiel beak. Never let them be alone and always keep an eye out for any aggression. I wish I could tell you more but that’s really the answer.

yep it's very possible. Some ringnecks are gifted talkers and yours might be one of them!

Good question about the water. Is the bowl under a perch? Just make sure you change the water every two - six hours.

They can but it should not be done. As it is, African Ringnecks are more difficult to purchase than IRNs and are not as popular.
