I'm no expert, but when I got my bird at 8 wks old he was very nervous too, I think they will grow out of it, as species, the IRN is quite a bold feisty bird.

It's Not just anger, Ms Sanjay raises head feathers and pins when he is excited, if I ask "do you want a fig?" That's the cue!, as they don't have facial expressions, I think this is a warning signal or a happy one, depending on other body language and circumstances.

I think this is "club foot" which is commonly seen in feral pigeons, sometimes feet get tangled in netting, circulation is cut off, and the toes die and fall off. Or, it could be scarring from an infection, only an avian vet could tell for certain.
