The only problem would be if it was grease on the feathers. As far as ingesting a little, it's no big deal. Besides, their digestive system is so short/quick nothing you feed after would make a difference. :) Given that, would you say a very watery food wouldn't necessarily negate salt intake? Salt...

Legbands have whatever combination of letters and numbers the breeder wanted to use to help him or her keep track of the flock- the numbers and/or letters are not usually of any significance to anyone but the breeder.

Hane always preferred his fresh foods in the afternoon/evening anyway. I don't see a problem. And seeds won't hurt, especially as a treat. They do have valuable vitamins- it's just seed only diets that are unhealthy.

That clipping interferes with the bird's abilities in the air is only a tiny bit of it, in my opinion. Other consequences may involve decreased confidence and so increased biting, as well as lack of the exercise they need to keep fit. If you do some detailed study of clipping you will find all the ...

I've found IRNs to be rather independent and deal with absences better than other species. Are you finding the same thing? Hane might sulk for a bit and be mad at me when I get back, but otherwise seems fine.

If he really IS too full, won't the food come back up? Right. There is a point where they just can't eat anymore.
