Re: What mutation is this?

Hi Rueae

I also noticed in the picture that all the birds (in front and the back) are looking for something on the ground.

Do you know what they are looking for ?

Contains extra protein and fat for the higher dietary requirements during breeding season, this is a quick easy option for providing a...

Re: Fledgling with mother

Hi

I have a blue pair IRN and the youngsters from last year are still in the same aviary as the parent.
They already all 4 new 3 month old babies and have not show any aggressiveness to the youngster flying around.

It could maybe change next year as the youngster would also be mating.

Re: How much vegetable and fruit?

Hi, I don't think there is a measurement for this as you need to use your discretion on this. I normally just throw a few carrots in my cage for all the youngsters. Re: Newbie with a question.

Hi

This could be the cause of other parrot, maybe the young IRN was next to bigger
IRN or other parrots, they tend to bait each others toes through the wire if the the cages are next to each other

[quote="seefm5"] Hi I am wondering to know how this color came? the head color is different from the body color so is it like pairing indian ringneck with another specie of birds? like when we get the lutino alexandrine? or it is just a mutation that came from the green ones? like yellow a...
